Dreamlines is in search of our next Country Head for our French and Italian markets, our aim in a worldwide market leadership for booking cruises online. You will be an integral part in this mission, which involves all the Operations within the Countries, with main focus on growing the business, and maintaining a high performance sales team. The Country Head is responsible of overseeing the day-to-day operations, which includes cooperating with Marketing, Content, Finance, Tech team (among others). We look for a versatile person, who can manage short and long-term interests of the business, according to the global strategy, constantly pursuing new opportunities. You will define, manage and execute local growth strategy, build and develop new customer acquisition channels, open new revenue streams and optimize our company to maximize profitability and growth.

Tasks

Full P&L- and personnel responsibility for our French and Italian markets
Lead our Marketing Team to develop and execute an optimized customer acquisition and customer retention strategy to maximize our Marketing ROI and meet our French and Italian growth targets
Position strategically our brand Dreamlines in the market to maximize the company´s growth
Steer our product management team to design, source, produce and optimize the best cruise product for a variety of customer segments
Assure a close commercial management and planning processes and supervise an efficient cost management of the local business units to maximize the company´s profitability
