Um unsere ambitionierten Ziele auch in Zukunft zu er­reichen, suchen wir für unsere neue Zen­trale in Leverkusen einen Head of Finance & Accounting (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Unternehmens­gruppen­über­greifende Konsoli­dierung und Über­wachung aller Finanz­kenn­zahlen, Con­trolling und Accounting
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahres­ab­schlüssen
  • Begleitung des Projektes zur Er­langung der BaFin-Lizenz als Zahlungs­dienst­leister
  • Auswahl und Implemen­tierung geeig­neter speziali­sierter Soft­ware­lösungen für den Fach­bereich
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäfts­führung, an­grenzenden Fach­bereichen und ex­ternen An­sprech­partnern
  • Fachliche sowie diszi­plina­rische Führung und weiterer Aus­bau eines Teams
