Du kommst in deinem aktuellen Job nicht so richtig vorwärts, fühlst Dich aber für größere Dinge bereit? Werde Wegbegleiter der digitalen Transformation und unterstütze uns als (Senior) Recruiter (w/m/x) in Berlin.

Aufgaben

  • Als (Senior) Recruiter (w/m/x) bist Du Teil eines standortübergreifenden Recruitingteams und zusammen mit Deinen Kollegen vor Ort für das Full-Cycle Recruiting neuer Kollegen und Kolleginnen, insbesondere im IT-Umfeld, verantwortlich
  • Du hast Lust das Recruiting mit uns weiter voranzubringen und zu optimieren (KI Recruiting, KPIs/performance tracking, etc.)
  • Du bringst die nötige Hartnäckigkeit mit, um potenzielle Kandidaten über Active Sourcing-Methoden und -Tools zu identifizieren, weißt Deine Kommunikationsstärke und Lockerheit aber auch gewinnbringend einzusetzen um die Kandidaten für uns zu begeistern
  • Dabei führst du sowohl Telefon-, Video- als auch persönliche Gespräche und legst Wert auf eine positive candidate experience
