Interne Kommunikation ist ein Prozess – und wir befinden uns gerade in der größten Umstrukturierung unserer Firmengeschichte. Unsere neue Tool-Landschaft rund um Office 365 verlangt neue Kommunikationsstrategien, Aufmerksamkeit für fehlerhafte Anwendungen sowie Leidenschaft und Geduld, die Mitarbeiter/innen dafür zu sensibilisieren und damit die Unternehmenskultur nachhaltig zu verändern.

Aufgaben

  • Du hast den besten Überblick über unsere interne Kommunikationskanäle (Teams, Intranet, Confluence, Jira) und moderierst in den unterschiedlichen Tools, weist Kollegen auf Nutzungsfehler hin und schärfst so unsere Informationsinfrastruktur und -kultur
  • Du konzipierst Strategien zum effizienten Einsatz unserer Kommunikationstools und schulst Mitarbeiter darin
  • Außerdem steuerst Du zielgerichtet unsere interne Kommunikation und entwickelst sie strategisch weiter – auch im Hinblick auf organisatorische Veränderungen
  • Du konzipierst neue interne Kommunikationsformate und setzt sie um
