Für unseren neuen Bereich IT & Organisation suchen wir in der Abteilung Infrastruktur eine Gruppenleitung (m/w/d) Gebäudeservice & Mobilität.

Aufgaben

  • Zukunftsweisende, service- und kundenorientierte Weiter­entwicklung der Themenfelder Gebäudeservice und Mobilität
  • Verantwortung für den Unterhalt sowie den Aus- / Umbau der Liegen­schaften des DG VERLAGES und seiner Tochter­gesell­schaften inkl. Vermietungen, Sicherheit & Brandschutz, Umzüge, Mobiliar, Telefonie und Medientechnik
  • Verantwortung für den Fuhrpark des DG VERLAGES und alle Aspekte rund um das Thema Mobilität
  • Fachliche und personelle Führung der Gruppe mit mehr als 8 Mitarbeitern insbesondere Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sowie Budgetplanung und Budgetcontrolling
  • Planung und Steuerung der internen und externen Personalressourcen
