Sie unterstützen uns sowohl bei der Produktentwicklung als auch beim Produktmanagement. So recherchieren Sie Kunden- und Marktanforderungen, bringen diese Erkenntnisse in die Produktentwicklung ein und wirken bei der Konzeption neuer Features und Services mit.

Aufgaben

Sie unterstützen uns sowohl bei der Produktentwicklung als auch beim Produktmanagement. So recherchieren Sie Kunden- und Marktanforderungen, bringen diese Erkenntnisse in die Produktentwicklung ein und wirken bei der Konzeption neuer Features und Services mit. Sie formulieren fachliche Anforderungen und stimmen diese mit den internen Stakeholdern sowie den Bereichen IT, Operations etc. ab. Außerdem begleiten Sie die Markteinführung neuer Produkte. Sie führen Funktions- und Usabilitytests durch, stellen z. B. für den Vertrieb produktrelevante Informationen in Form von Präsentationen zusammen und helfen mit, die Produktumsetzung in den Ländern zu koordinieren. Im Rahmen der Produktbetreuung nutzen Sie Ihr Know-how für die Analyse und Optimierung von den Prozessen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette.
