Als Grafiker / DTP Operator erstellen Sie grafisch anspruchsvolle Präsentationen mit PowerPoint im Rahmen der vorgegebenen CI-Richtlinien, ohne die eigene Kreativität aus den Augen zu verlieren. Dazu kommt die Gestaltung weiterer Materialien mit Adobe CS5.

Aufgaben

Als Grafiker / DTP Operator erstellen Sie grafisch anspruchsvolle Präsentationen mit PowerPoint im Rahmen der vorgegebenen CI-Richtlinien, ohne die eigene Kreativität aus den Augen zu verlieren. Dazu kommt die Gestaltung weiterer Materialien mit Adobe CS5. Darüber hinaus sind Sie als Grafiker / DTP Operator (m/w) für die Annahme und Koordination der Kundenaufträge in unserem BackOffice verantwortlich. Sie überwachen die Einhaltung der abteilungsspezifischen Anforderungen, sorgen für eine reibungslose Kommunikation mit internen Schnittstellen und koordinieren Aufträge mit anderen Standorten. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören ebenso die Übernahme der bedarfsgerechten Personaleinsatzplanung im Rahmen des zugewiesenen Aufgabenbereichs und die nachhaltige Qualitätssicherung.
