Aufgaben

  • Text- und Bildredaktion
  • Autorenakquise und -betreuung
  • Projektmanagement / Kommunikation mit Herstellung, Vertrieb, Presse und externen Dienstleistern
  • Marktorientierte Programmentwicklung und -planung für Print und Digital
  • Zur Ausbildung gehört auch die Teilnahme an externen Seminaren
  • Nach einem erfolgreich absolvierten Volontariat ist eine Anstellung als Lektor geplant
