Sie sind der serviceorientierte Kaufmann, der mitarbeiterbezogene Zeitdaten und Zeitereignisse im SAP HCM Zeitwirtschaftssystem erfasst und verwaltet.

Aufgaben

  • Sie erfassen und verwalten mitarbeiterbezogene Zeitdaten und Zeitereignisse im SAP HCM Zeitwirtschaftssystem. Dies beinhaltet die Erfassung vergessener Zeitbuchungen und Zeitbuchungskorrekturen, die Hinterlegung bezahlter und unbezahlter An- und Abwesenheiten der Mitarbeiter sowie die Vertretungspflege bei einem Wechsel der Arbeitstage
  • Sie erstellen Zeitdatenauswertungen und Übersichten auf Anfrage
  • Als erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeiter klären Sie Fragen rund um die Zeiterfassung und Zeitverarbeitung
  • Unstimmigkeiten im Zeitwirtschaftssystem werden von Ihnen aufgenommen und zur Klärung gebracht
