Sie sind der flexible Pflegehelfer, der die Pflegefachkräfte bei der täglichen Bewohnerversorgung unterstützt.

Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Pflegefachkräfte bei der täglichen Bewohnerversorgung, insbesondere im Bereich der individuellen, ganzheitlichen, aktivierenden Pflege
  • Sie nehmen die Wünsche und Bedürfnisse unserer Bewohner wahr und setzen diese in ihre persönlich zugeschnittene aktivierende Pflege um
  • Sie wirken mit im Team des Wohnbereichs und helfen mit, dass die Bewohner ein "zu Hause" bei uns findet
