Beschreibung

Als „Leiter Einkauf“ (m/w/d) verantworten Sie das gesamte Beschaffungswesen unseres Mandanten. Sie entwickeln und steuern die Beschaffungsstrategie in Abhängigkeit zur Unternehmensstrategie. Darüber hinaus optimieren Sie die Abläufe im Einkaufsprozess und setzen Einsparpotenziale um.

Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung der Einkaufsbedarfe unter Optimierung von Preisen, Lieferzeiten und Qualität
  • Permanente Weiterentwicklung der Einkaufsprozesse inkl. der Schnittstellen in enger Kooperation mit Entwicklung, Musterbau und Vertrieb
  • Ausweitung des Lieferantenportfolios im In- und Ausland
  • Optimierung von Make-or-Buy Entscheidungen
  • Führung eines Teams von ca. fünf Mitarbeitern
