Die Circet Deutschland GmbH sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Bauleiter (m/w/d) mit Kalkulationsaffinität an unserem Standort in Bergisch Gladbach.

Aufgaben

  • Anhand von diversen Unterlagen, Plänen und Aufnahmen unseres 3-D-Messfahrzeugs erstellen Sie Forecast-Planungen unserer bundesweiten Bauprojekte für kommende Jahre
  • Kalkulation von Bauleistungen im Bereich des Tief- und Kabelbaus
  • Kalkulation und Angebotsbearbeitung verschiedenster Projekte gehören ebenso zu Ihren Aufgaben wie die Massen- und Kostenermittlung für bevorstehende Tiefbauprojekte
  • Beurteilung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Erstellen von wirtschaftlichen Angeboten
  • Aufzeigen von potentiellen Einsparmöglichkeiten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb
