Wir suchen Sie als Teamleiter (m/w/d) IFRS / Konzernabschluss.

Aufgaben

  • Erstellen und Auswerten von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Ansprechpartner für Behörden, Banken und Wirtschaftsprüfer
  • Gewährleistung des reibungslosen Ablaufes sämtlicher Prozesse des Finanz- und Rechnungswesens des Unternehmens
  • Erstellen von Jahresabschlüssen inklusive Lagebericht nach HGB und der Notes nach IFRS
  • Fachlicher Ansprechpartner für Fragen zur Bilanzierung nach HGB/IFRS
  • Erarbeitung von Auswertungen, Statistiken und Berichten für die Geschäftsführung sowie für Behörden, Banken, Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer und Zusammenarbeit mit diesen Partnern, u. a.
  • Sicherstellung und Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen
  • Beratung der Geschäftsführung bei der Entwicklung der wirtschaftlichen Ziele des Unternehmens und Unterstützung bei der Zielerreichung
  • Personalplanung und Arbeitszeitsteuerung im eigenen Bereich
  • Fachliche Führung der Mitarbeiter des Teams
  • Sicherstellung der laufenden Förderung/Weiterbildung der Mitarbeiter
