Die CHEPLAPHARM Arzneimittel GmbH sucht einen Project Manager (Junior) Technology Transfer – Corporate Project Management (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Sie unterstützen die Projektleitung bei der Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Projekten / Teilprojekten, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit unseren herstellerbezogenen Transferprojekten
  • Sie organisieren Projektmeetings und übernehmen die Dokumentation des Projektfortschritts und die Erstellung von Meeting-Minutes
  • Sie unterstützen beim Nachhalten / Überwachen von Projektaktivitäten zur Zielerreichung (Milestones) unter Berücksichtigung von definierten Zeitschienen und damit einhergehender Sicherstellung der Lieferfähigkeit von Fertigwaren
  • Sie wirken bei der Umsetzung der Transferstrategien in Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Fachabteilungen mit
  • Im Rahmen der Einarbeitung unterstützen Sie zunächst und organisieren dann selbstständig abteilungsübergreifende Besprechungen sowie übernehmen sukzessive Teilprojekte mit Eigenverantwortung
  • Sie kommunizieren mit unseren externen Partnern (national, international) im Rahmen der Projektsteuerung
  • Sie wirken bei der Erstellung von Statusberichten und Handlungsempfehlung (u.a. bei Abweichungen) für das Managementboard mit
