Wir suchen einen (Junior) Global Project and Alliance Manager (m/w/d) für die Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Projekten.

Aufgaben

  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Projekten, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit Zulassungsübertragungen und Neuzulassungen
  • Ausgangsanalyse, Zieldefinition, Grobplanung von Projekten:Feinplanung, Dokumentation, Projektsteuerung inklusive Organisation von Projektmeetings, Abschlussbesprechungen und Erstellung von aussagefähigen Berichten für die Geschäftsleitung
  • Steuerung der Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen und Strategien für komplexe Fragestellungen und deren stringente Umsetzung
  • Umsetzung und Steuerung der Schnittstellenkonzeption bei den jeweiligen Projekten
  • Proaktive Kommunikation mit externen, auch internationalen, Partnern im Rahmen der Projektsteuerung
