Du bist verantwortlich für die laufende technische Bewirtschaftung und Entwicklung gewerblicher Immobilien.

Aufgaben

  • Du sicherst die Betreiberverantwortung
  • Du koordinierst und überwachst alle anfallenden Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen in enger Absprache mit den kaufmännischen Property Managern
  • Du prüfst Gebäude- und Anlagenzustände sowie die Wartungszyklen und erarbeitest Maßnahmen- und Budgetplanungen
  • Du übernimmst die Korrespondenz und Steuerung der technischen und infrastrukturellen Dienstleister und führst die Auftragsabwicklung und Kontrollen im CAFM System durch
