Aufgaben

  • Du bist als Hauptverantwortlicher für das Thema Agilität tätig. Dabei koordinierst und motivierst Du die cross-funtkionalen Teams als Agiler Coach
  • Zudem gestaltest Du Prozesse und leitest Scrum und Kanban Meetings
  • In Deiner Verantwortung liegt ebenfalls die Weiterentwicklung der agilen Teams. Du stellst dabei die Schnittstelle zwischen Entwickler, Product Owner und dem Management dar
  • Proaktiv und individuell gestaltest Du Coachings und gehst Herausforderungen kompetent und mit Weitblick an
