Aufgaben

  • Übernehme die Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen der Mandanten
  • Du bist der Dreh- und Angelpunkt in der Beratung deines eigenen Mandantenkreises und unterstützt diese bei Betriebsprüfungen
  • Erarbeite Optimierungsmöglichkeiten zu den Personalkosten für deine Mandanten
  • Du korrespondierst mit Sozialversicherungsträgern und Finanzbehörden
  • Unterstützte deine Kollegen bei allen Anliegen zu lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Themen
  • Du arbeitest neue Mitarbeiter ein
