Gestalten Sie mit uns eine der größten und komplexesten IT-Landschaften Deutschlands und unterstützen Sie unser Team als Teamassistenz (m/w/d) im Health Innovation Hub ab sofort und in Vollzeit in Berlin befristet bis zum 31.12.2021.

Aufgaben

  • Koordination des HIH-Teams in Bezug auf Team-Planung, Zeit- und Termin-Management sowie die Koordination von Dienstreisen
  • Allgemeines Office Management: Budgetverantwortung, Controlling von Ausgaben inkl. Reisekosten sowie die Korrespondenzabwicklung (interne und externe Kommunikation)
  • Event Management: Unterstützung bei Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Meetings und Veranstaltungen diverser Formate (inkl. Betreuung von Dienstleistern und Kooperationspartnern, Teilnehmer-Management)
