Als Berater ITIL-Prozesse sind Sie für das Support-Desk (Second Level Support SASPF) mit den Anteilen Betrieb und Applikationen zuständig.

Aufgaben

  • Support-Desk (Second Level Support SASPF) mit den Anteilen Betrieb und Applikationen,
  • Internes Marketing & Informationsmanagement
  • Vertragsverwaltung
  • Entwicklungsanforderungskoordination
  • Leitug CCC SASPF
  • Applikations- & Technologieberatung
  • Aus- und Fortbildungsmanagement
  • Technische Unterstützung
  • Konzeptionierung, Modellierung, Konfiguration und Implementierung von Komponenten aus dem ITIL-Modell
  • Regelmäßige Überprüfung der Organisation und Prozesse hinsichtlich Optimierungsmöglichkeiten
  • Beratung der Kundenorganisation und Stakeholder-Management
