Beschreibung

Sie sind der kommunikative Ingenieur (m/w), der für die fachliche Führung sowie Anleitung zugeordneter Mitarbeiter zuständig ist und die Verantwortung für die fachliche und wirtschaftliche Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen im Verantwortungsbereich (Kalkulation, Ermittlung des Material-, Personal- und Gerätebedarfs sowie Kontrolle des eingesetzten Materials, Personals und Geräte) trägt.

Aufgaben

  • Fachliche Führung sowie Anleitung zugeordneter Mitarbeiter
  • Verantwortung für die fachliche und wirtschaftliche Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen im Verantwortungsbereich (Kalkulation, Ermittlung des Material-, Personal- und Gerätebedarfs sowie Kontrolle des eingesetzten Materials, Personals und Geräte)
  • Technische und kaufmännische Überwachung sowie Steuerung der Projekte
  • Monatliche Projektbewertung sowie Vorbereitung der Fakturierung
  • Verantwortung für die frist- und qualitätsgerechte Abwicklung von Arbeitsaufträgen
  • Planung und Durchführung aller Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Fachgremien
  • Akquisition und Vertragsverhandlungen mit Neukunden sowie Bestandskunden und anderen Dritten
  • Umsetzung der Anforderungen aus dem integrierten Managementsystem
  • Kontrolle der Einhaltung der Unfallverhütungsvorschriften sowie die Durchführung von Unterweisungen und Belehrungen zum Arbeitsschutz
