Beschreibung

Sie sind der kommunikative Bauingenieur (m/w), der die Verantwortung für die Realisierung von anspruchsvollen Bauprojekten im Bereich Rohbau und Schlüsselfertigbau übernimmt.

Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige und eigenver­antwortliche Realisierung von anspruchsvollen Bauprojekten im Bereich Rohbau und Schlüsselfertigbau
  • Führung der auf den Baustellen eingesetzten Mitarbeiter und Koordination der Nachunternehmer
  • Prüfung der Ausschreibungen von Nachunternehmerleistungen sowie Mitwirkung bei Verhandlung und Vergabe von Planungs-und Bauleistungen
  • Sicherstellung der qualitäts-, termin- und kostengerechten Ausführung aller Arbeiten auf der Baustelle
  • Durchführung von Baubesprechungen
  • Durchführung des Projektcontrollings sowie der Überwachung des Leistungsstandes auf den Baustellen
  • Bearbeitung von Nachträgen, Abrechnung von Bauleistungen
