Beschreibung

Sie sind der teamfähige Elektriker, Elektroniker oder Mechatroniker (m/w), der die Verantwortung der technischen Serviceerbringung von Projektleistungen übernimmt.

Aufgaben

  • Als Leiter (m/w) für den Bereich Instandhaltung und Industrieservice übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung der technischen Serviceerbringung von Projektleistungen inkl. des gesamten Koordinationsprozesses für die Inspektion, Wartung und Reparatur u.a. von industriell genutzten Maschinen und Anlagen, Krananlagen und Toranlagen
  • Ihrer Position unterliegt die operative und administrative Leitung einer Abteilung inklusive der Ergebnisverantwortung für die Betriebs- und Servicekennzahlen
  • Kooperativ führen Sie ein Team von Monteuren und Serviceleitern und entwickeln Prozesse für eine verbesserte Kundenbetreuung
  • Weiterhin übernehmen Sie die Entwicklung und Optimierung der Servicefahrzeuge und der Werkstatt und verantworten die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Logistikprozesse und des Service-Levels
