Wir suchen Sie als Mitarbeiter Softwarepaketierung (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Betreuung des IT Client Management Systems
  • Installation, Administration, Troubleshooting der ITCM Systeme LANDesk und CA IT Client Manager
  • Schulung neuer Mitarbeiter über die Verwendung der Tools
  • Erstellung von Installationspaketen Installationsskripte für Anwendungen zur "Silent-Installation
  • Software Rollouts beim Kunden
  • Installation von Anwendungen auf mehreren oder allen PC/NB mit Hilfe der Softwareverteilungslösung SCCM
  • Fehlerbehebung bei Installationsproblemen im Zuge des Rollouts
  • Hardware Rollouts (Installation der neuen Geräte über das ITCM System, Bereitstellung und Anpassung von Images im Deployment Prozess)
  • Durchführung von Projektaufgaben
  • Anfragen verschiedenster Art (z.B. Gruppenrichtlinien passend definieren und erstellen, Windows Image neu erstellen oder anpassen, Beratung der Service Manager, etc.)
