Sie sind für die schriftliche Dokumentation von Anfragen und des Bearbeitungsstandes verantwortlich. Außerdem pflegen Sie die Wissensdatenbank.

Aufgaben

  • Telefonischer und schriftlicher Erstkontakt bei der Betreuung und Beratung von Usern bei technischen Schwierigkeiten
  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Tickets, Übernahme der Lösungsverantwortung
  • Beseitigung von einfachen oder mit Standardlösungen versehenen Störungen per Telefon, Remotezugriff
  • Weiterleiten von nicht lösbaren Störungen an die nachgelagerten Support-Einheiten und Tracking der Tickets, gegebenenfalls Betreiben von Eskalation
  • Schriftliche Dokumentation von Anfragen und des Bearbeitungsstandes, Pflege der Wissensdatenbank
  • Berechtigungsverwaltung aufgrund von Aufträgen aus den Ticket-Systemen und Unterstützung der Anwender
