Aufgaben

  • Erbringung von komplexen Serviceleistungen im Rahmen von Managed Services Verträgen
  • Bearbeitung von IT Service Management-Prozessen (Incident-, Change-, Problem- und Service Request Management im Rahmen des ITIL und ISO 20000-Frameworks)
  • Operative Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Kollegen und Partnern
  • Identifizierung und Aufnahme von Fachanforderungen des Kunden
  • Regelmäßiges Betriebsreporting an Kunden und internes Reporting an Squad- und Teamleitung
