Aufgaben

  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von technischen Störungsmeldungen und Kundenbeschwerden an der Notruf-Service-Leitstelle
  • Analyse und ggf. Weiterleitung der Störungsmeldungen
  • Disposition von Service-Mitarbeitern oder externen Dienstleistern
  • Erfassung und Verfolgung von Arbeitsaufträgen
  • Betreuung der Kunden, u.a. vor Ort Support
