Aufgaben

  • Erläuterung über die Nutzungsmöglichkeiten von Anwendungen und deren Installationen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Service und Support für interne und externe Kunden
  • Annahme und Dokumentation von Kundenanfragen oder Störungsmeldungen aber auch von Kundenaufträgen - Analyse der Kundenprobleme
  • Behebung von Fehlern innerhalb der SLAs
  • Beratung bzw. Lösung bekannter Probleme per Remoteaufschaltung
