Das handwerkliche Backen von damals wird bis heute mit dem FRIEDBERGER LANDBROT und den vielen anderen Backwaren konsequent weiterverfolgt. Es hat sich im Grundsatz nichts geändert: Die Zutaten, nur Mehl, hausgemachter Natursauerteig, Wasser und Salz sind geblieben, ebenso die Formung durch die Hand des Bäckers und die doppelt lange Backzeit für den außergewöhnlichen Geschmack.
