Als Head of Credit Operations (m/w) führst Du unsere Credit Operations (Kreditprüfung und Forderungsmanagement, insbesondere Mahnstufenbetreuung) organisatorisch und fachlich.

Aufgaben

  • Du führst unsere Credit Operations (Kreditprüfung und Forderungsmanagement, insbesondere Mahnstufenbetreuung) organisatorisch und fachlich
  • Du verantwortest dabei die innovative Weiterentwicklung eines derzeit ca. 20 Personen umfassenden Teams in einem stetig wachsenden Unternehmen mit höchsten Ansprüchen an qualitativ hochwertige, effiziente und kundennnahe Arbeit (best in class)
  • Du treibst konsequent und proaktiv die permanente Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung und Automatisierung von Kreditprozessen, Arbeitsabläufen und zugrundeliegender Technologie
  • Du bist für die Weiterentwicklung sowie das Monitoring und Reporting von KPIs, der Einhaltung entsprechender Service Level Agreements bzw. Organisationsrichtlinien und deren Verbesserung verantwortlich
  • Du achtest auf effektive Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen, insb. Risikomanagement, Vertrieb, Compliance, Business Intelligence etc.
