Sie übernehmen die fachliche und disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung des Teams Customer Service Portale mit insgesamt 13 MitarbeiterInnen aus Entwicklung und 2nd Level Support innerhalb des Bereichs Digital Solutions Competence Center.

Aufgaben

Inhaltliche und technologische Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Systemlösungen CRM sowie immoblue+, d.h. State-of-the-Art Softwareentwicklung inkl. Fachkonzeption, Entwicklung, Testing und 2nd Level Support
Mitwirkung bei der Harmonisierung und Standardisierung entwicklungs- und supportrelevanter Prozesse, Methoden und Werkzeuge
Adaption übergreifender Software-Plattform-Konzepte und deren Integration in Projekte und Applikationen
Kontinuierlicher Austausch und Kooperation mit der internationalen „Digital Development Community“ innerhalb des Unternehmens, insbesondere mit Frankreich
Mitverantwortung für die Erreichung der Ziele im Rahmen der Umsetzungs- und Budgetplanung
Zielgerichtete Mitarbeiter- und Talententwicklung

Qualifikationen

Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines Hochschulstudiums der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Informatik, alternativ erfolgreicher Abschluss einer vergleichbaren Berufsausbildung Führungserfahrung durch entsprechende fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung
Mehrjährige Berufspraxis im Rahmen von Test- und Supportleistungen sowie DevOps und Continuous Delivery Verfahren, möglichst in Startups oder vergleichbaren innovativen Organisationen
Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit mit externen Kunden
Technisch versierte sowie kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit nach Innen und Außen, die Bereitschaft zeigt sich mit Veränderungen auseinanderzusetzen Prozess- und lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln sowie hohe Kompetenz in der Strukturierung von typischen Produktionsprozessen einer Entwicklungs- und Supportabteilung
Integrative und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und Überzeugungskraft
