Sie sind der kommunikative Diplom-Immobilienwirt (m/w/d), der Immobilienmarktteilnehmer bei der Vermarktung von Immobilienportfolios berät.

Aufgaben

  • Als Transaktionsberaterin bzw. Transaktionsberater in der IIB beraten Sie Immobilienmarktteilnehmer bei der Vermarktung von Immobilienportfolios
  • Kern Ihrer Tätigkeit in der Transaktionsberatung ist die vollständige Prozessübernahme von überwiegend strukturierten, zweistufigen Bieterverfahren. Insofern erfolgt eine klare Abgrenzung vom klassischen Maklergeschäft
  • Selbstständig führen Sie strukturierte Bieterverfahren durch – mit einem besonderen Augenmerk auf die Vendor Due Diligence für Objekte aus den Bereichen Wohnen und Gewerbe
  • Natürlich übernehmen Sie auch Research-Aufgaben, das Erstellen von Datenräumen und Verfassen von Informationsmemoranden
