Aufgaben

  • Eine Aufgabe mit hoher Eigenverantwortung: Sie betreuen und beraten unsere Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter eigenverantwortlich in allen HR-Fragestellungen. Darüber hinaus bringen Sie unsere Projekte mit Ihrer Erfahrung und Ihrem analytischen Blick voran und gestalten die Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Prozesse proaktiv mit.
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Arbeitgebermarke: Sie wirken bei der Ausgestaltung unserer Employer-Branding-Strategie und entsprechenden zielgruppenorientierten Personalmarketingmaßnahmen mit.
