Aktuell suchen wir für ein renommiertes Hamburger Consultingunternehmen eine /-n Assistent/-in / Sekretärin (m/w/d) Dort hat man ein umfangreiches neues Mandat gewonnen und benötigt daher zeitnah tatkräftige Verstärkung.

Aufgaben

  • Übernahme von Sekretariats- und Sachbearbeitungsaufgaben
  • Korrespondenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung einer Vielzahl von anfallenden Vorgängen
  • Erstellung von Dokumenten nach Diktat als auch selbstständig
  • Kommunikation mit Ämtern und Mandanten
  • Bearbeiten des Posteingangs und selbständige vorausschauende Erledigung der Jobs
  • Koordination von Terminen
