Description

UPM Communication Papers is now looking for a proactive, dynamic and results driven Manager Business Control (m/f/d) located at our Augsburg Mill.

Tasks

  • Drive the business as member of the Augsburg Mill Management Team
  • Participate in strategy work and target setting
  • Follow-up the financial results of the strategy implementation and target setting
  • Deliver performance analyses and benchmarking
  • Proactively monitor the cost development and profitability
  • Lead mill's forecasting and budgeting activities
  • Contribute to business planning, investment and restructuring
  • Create transparency and identify improvement potentials
  • Act as link between Business organization and Financial Shared Service organization, close collaboration within Financial Key Persons Network
  • Participate in UPM's cross-divisional business control activities
  • Support the development of business process and finance related IT-tools
  • Maintain accurate product cost recipes for optimization
