WIR GESTALTEN VERÄNDERUNG – MIT DIR als Gesamtvertriebsleiter (Sales Director) national / international (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Aktiver Ausbau des profitablen Unternehmenswachstums inkl. der Internationalisierung des Vertriebs in den strategischen Produkt- und Lösungskategorien in direkter Berichtslinie an den CEO
  • Strategischer Neuaufbau des Vertriebs über alle Vertriebskanäle, insbesondere e-Commerce und Weiterentwicklung des Produkt- und Lösungsgeschäftes
  • Professionalisierung und Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebskanals e-Commerce sowie Begleitung der e-Commerce-Neuentwicklungen von der Idee bis zum GoLive
  • Ausweitung der Distributionsbreite und -tiefe bei Kunden und Distributionspartnern im In- und Ausland
  • Koordination der angrenzenden Schnittstellen in Marketing, Produktmanagement, Business Service Organisation, IT und Supply Chain
  • Operative Führung und strategische Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebsteam Sicherstellung eines professionellen Kundenmanagements (Sortiment, Preise, Konditionen)
  • Definition und Umsetzung der vereinbarten Ziele im Rahmen der Budgetverantwortung (z.B. Umsatz, Deckungsbeitrag, Vertriebsetats)
  • Definition und Monitoring relevanter KPIs sowie die Ableitung weiterführender Maßnahmen aus der Erfolgsmessungsleitung
