WIR GESTALTEN VERÄNDERUNG – MIT DIR als Customer Care Manager (m/w/d) Vertriebsinnendienst – Webshop.

Aufgaben

  • Du optimierst unsere Bestandskundenkommunikation und unterstützt unsere Kunden im Umgang mit unserer innovativen Software-as-a-Service-Lösung
  • Du bist Botschafter für Kundenzufriedenheit und arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen
  • Du betreust unsere B2B-Kunden in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Sales/Vertrieb
  • Zusammen entwickeln wir unsere operativen Prozesse weiter
  • Du baust unsere Kundenshops aus
  • Du erstellst Kalkulationen und Angebote, disponierst Artikel, pflegst Kunden- und Artikeldaten und wickelst Reklamationen ab
  • Du erstellst Kundenverträge auf Basis unserer Vorlagen und Bausteine
