Description

We are looking for a Junior Transformation Manager (m/f/x) Group HR at Allianz.

Tasks

  • Being the person responsible for the assigned HR-Transformation rollouts ensuring delivery on time, at quality and in budget
  • Project management ensuring efficient setup and management of HRT roll-out activities
  • Review and assessment of specific change requirements due to local (depending on the entity) legal, fiscal and regulatory requirements and evaluation of budget implications alongside the Finance team
  • Support Senior Transformation Managers in their daily tasks and consolidate information
  • Prepare working material for the ongoing rollout tasks
