Wir suchen für den Standort Leinfelden-Echterdingen und Bayern (Vollzeit/unbefristet) einen Key Account Manager (m/w/d) – Remote.

Aufgaben

  • Sie unterstützen unsere Immobilien­shop-Inhaber bei der Verwirk­lichung ihrer Wachs­tums­ziele (aus dem Home­office bzw. im Außen­dienst), in Bezug auf Umsatz­entwicklung, Mitar­beiter­rekrutierung, -führung und -entwicklung.
  • Das bedeutet im Daily Business für Sie:
  • Regelmäßige Besuche der Immobilien­shops und Aufbau einer vertrauens­vollen Kunden­beziehung
  • Erstellung von Ergebnis- und Perfor­mance-Statistiken
  • Tracking von KPIs, An­fertigung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und Forecasts
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbs­analysen erstellen
  • Identifikation neuer Trends und Wachs­tums­potenziale
