Für ein Unternehmen aus dem öffentlichen Sektor in Köln suchen wir einen Leiter (m/w/d) Entgeltabrechnung in Vollzeit. Die Stelle passt zu Ihnen, wenn Sie Erfahrung als Leiter/in Personal, Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhalter/in, oder in der Führung von Mitarbeiter des Personalwesens gesammelt haben.

Aufgaben

  • Verantwortliche Führung eines Team von 10 Mitarbeitern
  • Koordination der gesamten Betriebsabläufe in der Abteilung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Versicherungsträgern und Krankenkassen
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung des personalwirtschaftlichen Schriftverkehr
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten
  • Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner bei sämtlichen lohnsteuer-, arbeits- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen
  • Durchführung von (im geringen Umfang) von Abrechnungen
  • Bearbeitung von bundesweiten Projekten und Mitarbeit in Arbeitsgruppen
