Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unsere Niederlassung in Mainz eine Niederlassungsleitung (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Operative/vertriebliche und kaufmännische Führung der Niederlassung
  • Steuerung der lokalen Geschäfts- und Unterstützungsprozesse
  • Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie, Erreichung der Umsatz-, Ertrags- und Marktziele
  • Personalauswahl, Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung
  • Kundengewinnung und Kundenpflege für Vermietung und Verkauf der Container
