Wir suchen Sie als Technischen Disponenten (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Beauftragung, Nachverfolgung und Fristenüberwachung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Rechnungsprüfung
  • Versicherungsmanagement
  • Erstellung, Fortführung, Kalkulation und Verhandlung von Einheits- und Individualpreisen
  • Recherche und Akquisition neuer Baufirmen
  • Führung der monatlichen und jährlichen Statistiken
