Wir suchen Sie als Recruiting Specialist (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Aktive Personalsuche und Begleitung des Recruitingprozesses von der Bedarfsabfrage bis zur Vorbereitung von Vertragsgesprächen und Begleitung des Onboardings
  • Aktive Suche nach passenden Kandidaten und Direktansprache über verschiedene Social-Media-Kanäle und Recruiting-Tools
  • Screening von Profilen und Bewerbungen als Bewerbervorauswahl
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung/Teilnahme an Jobmessen
  • Erstellen von Stellenausschreibungen
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung und der Personalleitung bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Bewerberinterviews
  • Auswertung von Recruitingmaßnahmen
  • Ausbau des Netzwerkes mit Schulen und Hochschulen
