Wir suchen Sie als Mitarbeiter Personalabteilung (m/w/d) Digitalisierung.

Aufgaben

  • Ausführung von Human-Resource Projekten zur umfassenden Digitalisierung der Personalarbeit
  • Globales Human-Resource Prozessdesign unter Einhaltung der Anforderungen verschiedener Interessengruppen (Stakeholder)
  • Mitarbeit bei der Steuerung und Anwendung der globalen modularen Implementierung von SAP SucessFactors
  • Operative Umsetzung der Projektaufgaben
  • Mitwirkung bei der Koordination externer Dienstleister
  • Verständnis und Beteiligung von globalen und lokalen Anforderungen mit den internationalen Human-Resource Kollegen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der IT
  • Erstellung von Dokumentationen sowie Präsentationen von Statusberichten
  • Bereitstellung und Durchführung von Knowhow Transfer

Wir suchen zur Festanstellung: für unseren Kunden, ein Hersteller von hochwertiger Elektronik für die Automobilindustrie, einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in der Personalabteilung mit Schwerpunkt Global Digitalization. Ihr neuer Arbeitsplatz befindet sich im Düsseldorfer Norden. Die Stelle soll langfristig in Vollzeit mit 40 Stunden pro Woche besetzt werden.
