Wir suchen Sie als Kundenberater (m/w/d/) Schwerpunkt Telefonie.

Aufgaben

  • Sie führen ein- und ausgehende Telefongespräche anhand von Leitfäden
  • Kunden, Mandanten und Dritte sind dabei Ihre Gesprächspartner
  • Zusätzlich vereinbaren Sie Ratenzahlungen, Stundungen und führen Vergleiche durch
  • Sie dokumentieren Ihre Ergebnisse und leiten weitere Maßnahmen zur Bearbeitung ein
