Unser Auftraggeber, der seinen Sitz an der wunderschönen Nordseeküste in Cuxhaven hat, stellt Fisch- und Feinkostspezialitäten her und sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Fachkraft Lebensmitteltechnik (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellen und Einhaltung von relevanten Vorschriften der Lebensmittelhygieneverordnung, insbesondere HACCP, IFS, BRC und IfSG
  • Mitwirkung an Projekten im LEAN- und TPM-Bereich
  • Durchführung von Dokumentationen
  • Störungsbeseitigung
  • Materialwirtschaft
  • Eigenverantwortliche Bedienung von Maschinen- und Anlagen
