Wir suchen Sie als Digital Consumer Relationship Manager (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Planung, Implementierung und Umsetzung neuer Consumer Relationship Management (CRM) Kampagnen
  • Durchführung von kunden- und kampagnenbezogenen Analysen sowie Aufbau und kontinuierliche Optimierung des CRM-Reporting
  • Monitoring und Analyse des Kundenverhaltens entlang der Consumer Journey und Umsetzung relevanter Bestandskundenmaßnahmen
  • Potenzialorientierte Kundensegmentierung und Ableitung von CRM Maßnahmen
  • Durchführung und Auswertung von A/B-Tests
  • Entwicklung und Durchführung von Onboarding flows und Kundenbindungsprogrammen
  • Analyse, Weiterentwicklung und Pflege der technischen CRM-Prozesse und Systemanforderungen
  • Steuerung von Agenturen (Content Agenturen)
