Wir suchen Sie als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellter (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Fristenkontrolle, Terminmanagement und telefonischer Ansprechpartner
  • Anlegen von Akten, Ablage sowie Dokumentenverwaltung
  • Schreiben nach Diktaphon sowie Anfertigen von Akten- und Telefonnotizen
  • Recherche-Zuarbeit und punktuelle Unterstützung bei der Vorab-Prüfung rechtlicher Grundlagen
  • Selbständige Vorbereitung und Führung der Korrespondenz in einfach gelagerten Fällen
  • Erledigen und Überwachen des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Behörden
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben
