Unser Kunde, ein international agierendes Technologie- und Beratungshaus (ca. 150 Mitarbeiter) mit Schwerpunkt auf Strategie- und Prozessberatung, sucht Sie in Festanstellung in München.

Aufgaben

  • Consulting beim Einführen und Gestalten agiler Organisationen, Scrum oder anderen agilen Frameworks und Methoden in Projekten im technischen Umfeld bzw. der Softwarentwicklung
  • Proaktives Begleiten der agilen Transformation mit dem Ziel das agile Mindset bei allen Beteiligten zu verankern
  • Moderieren von Scrum Events, Begleiten von Scrum-Teams sowie Durchführen von Workshops
  • Schulung von Kunden und internen Mitarbeiter in agilen Methoden
  • Proaktive Beteiligung an der Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsbereichs „Agile Enablement“
  • Aktiver Ausbau und Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen zur Generierung von zusätzlicher Opportunities
