Aufgaben

  • Annahme, Bearbeitung und Lösung von hereingekommenen Tickets
  • Anwender Support im Windows Client Bereich (ggf. Passwort Reset)
  • Dokumentation der Knowledge Base
  • Office Support, einfacher Microsoft Support (z.B. Skype)
  • Zuweisung von Berechtigungen
